The grapes are harvested by hand at the peak of ripeness. After cleansing the bunch of grapes and crushing them, fermentation goes in stainless steel tanks. When the fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels. Rich in aromas of blackberry, blueberry, caramel, and vanilla. The rich varietal taste expresses velvety, integrity, and harmony.
